Duration: 1 hour

Class will begin with stretching exercises on the floor and progress to standing and travelling exercises. Emphasis is placed on musical variety, spatial awareness, and expression as students are introduced to basic movement in Ballet. The class structure is carefully thought out to help build the children’s mental maturity and self-esteem.
