Recommended: min. 6 months Ballet background
This class is suitable for students who have learnt the basic Ballet positions, body alignment and foundations of Ballet technique and wish to progress further. Class consists of floor stretching and body conditioning exercises, barre and centre work. Students will learn, step-by-step, Ballet jumps (Allegro) and turns (Pirouettes).
Students will work on improving their flexibility, core strength and coordination as they start carrying themselves with more poise by learning to use their upper body and arms in graceful movements to express themselves.
