Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Ms. Anastasia received her vocational ballet training on a full scholarship at the prestigious Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C., under Galina Kozlova. She later continued her professional training at the internationally renowned John Cranko School in Stuttgart, Germany, under Galina Solovieva.

Following her training, Ms. Anastasia developed an extensive international performing career with Stuttgart Ballet, Vienna State Ballet and the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St. Petersburg. Her repertoire included leading and soloist roles in classical productions such as Paquita, La Bayadère, Swan Lake, Raymonda and Anna Pavlova, in which she portrayed the legendary ballerina. She has also appeared as a guest artist at international ballet galas in Russia.

An experienced ballet educator and international guest teacher, Ms. Anastasia has taught at ballet schools and intensive programmes across the United States, Mexico and Luxembourg. She brings to her students the technical foundations and artistic knowledge gained from her distinguished teachers and extensive professional stage experience.

Rooted in the Russian ballet tradition, her teaching places a strong emphasis on secure classical technique, correct physical alignment, artistic development and a clear understanding of movement. She is committed to helping each dancer build a strong technical foundation while developing confidence, discipline and individual artistry.

In addition to her ballet credentials, Ms. Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and is a certified GYROTONIC®️ Method trainer. This complementary knowledge supports her thoughtful approach to body awareness, intelligent conditioning and injury prevention.
