This class follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Grade 6 syllabus, offering adult learners a more structured and progressive approach to classical ballet. The class includes both barre and centre work, focusing on refining technique, musicality, and expressive performance quality.

Students will work on key technical elements such as battements frappés to improve sharpness and strength, demi-pointe enchaînements to develop balance and control, and pirouettes en dehors or en dedans to build turning technique and confidence.

Ideal for adults with prior ballet experience, this level supports continued growth in strength, coordination, and artistry in an encouraging and enjoyable environment.
