No prior dance background required.
The Ballet Beginner course introduces you to basic Ballet positions and correct body alignment to improve body posture. Classes are progressive and designed to promote a sound Ballet technique foundation.
This course is catered for students who are new to Ballet. Students who have prior dance background, but would like a back-to-basics refresher are most welcome too! Aside from learning the basics of Ballet, you can expect to enjoy the benefits of good posture and improved poise with Ballet training!
