Advanced 1

Min. 2 years and above pointe with equivalent level in Ballet

Duration: 2 hours

At Advanced 1 level, students are to demonstrate strong Ballet technique and a good understanding of the Ballet vocabulary. They will work on performing a range of movements en Pointe with fluidity and control. The goal of this level is to cultivate assured, confident dancers who are able to engage with the audience in a mature and professional way.

In order to sit for Advanced 1 class, students need to have passed an Advanced Foundation exam from the RAD or any other recognised organisation.

Students are required to attend two classes weekly.
